You may indicate your preferred mode of shipment in your purchase order. Otherwise, we determine the best method of transportation for the order and prepay the charges to your bill when applicable.
Check your order carefully before using the books. If there are any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect titles or damaged/defective copies), contact your Customer Service Officer immediately.
Always reference your sales invoice in all communications. You will receive instructions on how to confirm the condition of the products and follow the return procedure. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return shipment. Your invoice number also serves as your tracking number.
Fill out our downloadable form to request examination copies of titles being considered for classroom adoptions. Contact your Customer Service Officer or our Customer Service Department so we can process your request.
Series flowcharts for your library, as well as a teachers guide (TG) for each classroom teacher using our textbooks, are given free of charge. These materials may be included in the shipment if specified on your purchase order; please provide the grade level and the number of TG copies needed. You may also request the materials through your Customer Service Officer or from our Customer Service Department.
Each of our titles is identified by an ISBN. The digits “-97-06” are a code for the publisher; the other numbers, of which the item code is composed, identify each of our books. We also request that you identify the product you are ordering by its item code to ensure speedy and accurate processing of your order.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, make it a habit to check your order upon receipt before signing. In case you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. Replacement will be issued after the item has been returned to us.
