Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring wide market reach and sales growth of the Company. The incumbent also acts as point of contact of existing and potentially new clients by presenting the Company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains good business relationship with existing clients and works on expanding the clientele
2. Analyzes client profiles, assesses risks, and develops suitable marketing proposals
3. Monitors sales expansion and overall sales performance of the Company
4. Develops and monitors execution of strategies, marketing plans, and conversion of qualified leads to actual sales
5. Negotiates with clients and ensures positive client feedback and consistent after-sales support
6. Produces well-written proposals and accurate sales reports

Performs other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

1. A graduate of any four year course but preferably business courses
2. Has extensive experience in direct selling and/or marketing
3. With strong leadership skills, and demonstrates strong work ethics
4. Can negotiate well and make good business decisions, trustworthy, and has high level of integrity
5. Versatile, patient, and can withstand pressure
